A lot of bang for your buck Oct 17, 2014
Location is a little bit out of the way off of the famous "Las Vegas Strip" but the amenities and rooms really make up for the inconvenience. The rooms are as clean as I have ever seen a hotel room and it seems like the cleaning staff works around the clock. The check in staff is beyond nice and will go out of their way to help you in any way you can imagine upon arrival. They can help sort you out with VIP entrance to the club located inside the hotel as well. As far as gambling you will find that the low end blackjack tables, roulette, craps, and other table games are sufficient. Try to stay away from the tables near the entrance at night, they bring in seductive ladies to poll dance but give out little in the way of comps at those two pits. The only negative thing about the casino floor is that the poker area is a joke. All serious poker players go elsewhere for the action. Usually one poker table is open 24/7.

Being off the strip does offer some advantages however. The world famous Hofbrauhaus is located across the street. Its a chain of the famous Munich beer hall that offers great German beer and entertainment. There are various other businesses around that a traveller might take advantage of such as dry cleaning, convenience stores, and restaurants etc etc near by with reasonable prices as opposed to those on the strip.

The big draw for young people at the Hard Rock is the pool. It is host to one of the best daily pool parties that you can find in Vegas. Overall you will get a lot of value for your money here that you just wont get at one of the hotels with a bigger name on the strip. Because of this the Hard Rock goes the extra mile to make guests happy.

I wanna Rock!!! Sep 06, 2011
I stayed at The Hard Rock Hotel for the Linkin Park Concert in THE JOINT and let me tell you this hotel is a diamond in the rough! First stay here and I loved it! The value was very good with the room being about $62 taxes included booked through Southwest.com. The location is good being a little off the strip BUT there is a free shuttle running every hour on the hour that takes you to the strip! Room was very clean, incredible bed..like a cloud! Huge room, huge bathroom, huge shower, just like a rockstar would want it. Service was OK. The hotel is massive so make sure you get good directions before you set off to find your room. It took me about 20 minutes..got lost a few times and was given poor directions from the girl at the desk..sorry honey! ha! Also checkout my review of FERRARO's ITALIAN RESTAURANT located ACROSS the street from THE HARD ROCK!

Party like a Rock Star... Aug 28, 2011
Since the first time I've stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Suites a couple of years ago, it made me want to stay there every time I had a Vegas trip. I had so much fun there my first time! I found the hotel vibe to be energetic, rock and roll, and the crowd is fun and beautiful. You're also able to enjoy what Vegas has to offer without leaving the premises--fine dining, gambling, pool party, club, etc. I love dining at Nobu and also like Pink Tacos. I love the room in the suites...very roomy and modern, the bathroom is luxurious with a big tub. Rehab pool party is always off the hook! You get to go to Vanity Club for free if you're staying at the hotel. I highly recommend staying at the Hard Rock if you want a fun rock and roll kind of Vegas weekend!

LAs Vegas Apr 25, 2011
The Hard Rock Cafe Hotel in Las Vegas is so much fun. The best place to stay in Vegas in my opinion cause crowd is laid back and there is a great daytime pool scene on Sunday especially. The nightlife and gambling there is ok too if you dont want to venture off to the strip. The price is not cheap considering its a bit off the strip but then again its comparable to other fun hotels in Vegas anyway.

Hard Living @ Hard Rock Mar 11, 2011
The Hard Rock Vegas is a happening spot and it owes much of that to its awesome pool. The pool is huge, has multiple bars, and feels like you are in a "pool neighborhood". There is a bar in the lobby with a concave ceiling that lets you/other hear conversations of peeps who are sitting across the bar from you- after many drinks you can have some fun with this. The rooms are standard, nothing too special, when compared to the Venetian or Caesars. The location is a bit out of the way as far as walking is concerned, i know in a drunken haze i couldn’t find my way back. Overall the hotel is a hot spot because no other hotels can match their pool. I say "Do it".

For those who like Rock n Roll, this us the right hotel for you! It is Not in the Center of the strip, a Little Bit outside, like 15min walk from the strip. The hotel with Casino and Café just across the street is great! There are different Pools with Bars in the Hotel, Even a starbucks and other nice Restaurants Inside the building.

Great place, but would rather be closer to the strip Apr 02, 2011
I stayed here with a group of friends so we could go to Rehab. Staying here made it very easy to do so as we hand wristbands given to us as part of our room. Now that I have been to Rehab though, I am not sure I would stay here as I personally would rather be closer to the strip if I am back in Vegas.

The Had Rock is off the main strip the pools is amazing and well worth a visit the main bar was a total let down I was so looking forward to vsiting it had heard it was fab it was not the best. The rooms are huge and can fit 4 easy you get vouchers that allow you to go out to the pool you need to keep them. Vegas is fab but I would opt for a hotel on the strip if I returned to Vegas again.

Weekend in Vegas Nov 19, 2005
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas was a really great time. The pool there was rated by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 in the world. You can get a room looking over the pool or looking out at the mountains. The rooms have plasma screen flat T.V's that hang on the wall, a mini bar in the fridge which also is stocked with vitamin water in case you drink the whole mini bar. They also offer wifi internet accesses and gift packs in each room. Downstairs are the casino, restaurants, shopping, night clubs and they have a huge spa and fitness area. They have hosted live acts that include the Rolling Stones and a lot of others. My brother and me ate at the Pink Taco for lunch but they also have a steak house restaurant I’m not sure of the name off the top of my head sorry. Across the street is the Hard Rock Cafe which they always have good food and service in fact the manager came over and talked with us for a few minutes which I thought was very nice of him. Anyway if you’re looking for an all around Vegas experience I recommend the Hard Rock it has everything and if for some reason you get bored inside the Hotel and Casino the Vegas strip is nearby you can take a cab, walk or just hop on the monorail which drops you off at different Casino's along its route and its pretty cheap. So enjoy and have fun.
