The glass pyramid of the Kuwaiti Hard Rock cafe is a truely amazing sight. Located in the Salmya district of Kuwait City this restaraunt is a small bastion of all things American. One of the neat features of the place is the fact that almost anywhere you sit you have a wonderful view of the ocean located a few feet from where you sit. The best time to visit is at night and the view of the stars over the water from you're seat is a sight that cannot be described. The food is good, typical of most Hard Rock Cafes but keep in mind that since Kuwait is a Muslim country certain items (aka pork and alcohol) are not available.
