nice for turist and families with children Apr 17, 2008
I don't think that what's in the menu was what the vikings ate, but it was a nice ambient. It was all wood, decorated with shields, swords, furs... The music was always calm and it was a warm place.
The food was tasty but in the portions where a little small. There were a lot of dishes of regional meats. Also, we ordered shields and swords, that are different meats, served in a sword or in a shield. There was red deer, reindeer, wild duck, pink salmon, ....
For the price...well, I don't know everything in Finland seems so expensive... and here was no exception.
I really enjoy my stay, the decoration, and the good service of the viking waitresses.
