If you don't want to spend too much money on a hostel and you're happy with basic accomodation this will work for you. The rooms are clean, the bathroom wasn't always. The hostel is very close to the MET-station which is very handy in this busy and confusing city. The staff is very friendly although I haven't seen them very much. By the time I was there (april of 2003) the hostel didn't have free internet but on their website they mention having it. Otherwise there's a very noisy, but good and cheap internetplace nearby.
