Hanmer Springs is an amazing place. If you are in the area you must must go and see it!
It's beautiful!
We went there and stayed at the Heritage. It was snowing at the time and probably my favourite all time place in NZ.
The mountains, the snow, the hot pools! the cool little mini golf place, and amazing pedal bikes that take 4 people to pedal power them, plus many lovely walks.
It's all a very big must!!!
It is a great place for families with children, because of the choice of many activities.
