Confirmed reservation not honored Jun 26, 2006
The hotel overbooked their rooms, and did not honor my "Confirmed" online reservation. The front desk staff and assistant manager were very unconcerned. The general manager was slightly more attentive to fixing their mistake.read entire review at TravelPost.com
