Service without a smile Apr 18, 2007
Day 1 - Upon check-in, we informed the desk clerk that under no circumstances was anyone to enter our room; we would take care of our own towels. Later on, my mother-in-law fell on water by the elevator. The desk clerk didn't seem too bothered b...read entire review at TravelPost.com
