Ha Long meant attraction is the bay which is famous for its scenic rock formations. It's once called 1 of the 7 wonders of the world. "Ha Long" is literally translated as "Bay of Descending Dragons."
The best way to get here is via car from Hanoi which takes about 4 hours. You can also contact some travel agencies.
