Lost in Paradise! Jul 01, 2016
Serene and Pristine beaches surround this magnificent piece of heaven.
We literally woke up in the morning, had our breakfast (average but really nice avocado juice) on the upper terrace with about 4 other couples and then we made our way to the lower deck.
This lower deck boasts stunning views of the ocean and also the ruins of Chuini Ruins and a few fishing boasts belonging to the locals lazily strewn on the sand.
A romantic walk on the sand and exploring the ruins begins our lazy adventure. The greenery is breath-taking however the eerie feeling of just the two of you in a huge jungle has us heading back to the terrace for a 2nd round of cocktails. We'll leave the ghosts of the past to enjoy their green heaven:).
With the tide rising and cocktails flowing...our paradise opens up into a majestic blue, green, sunshine and peace. It's soo quite:)
Having being lost in the tranquility of our oh-so-deserved break most of the day, we go back into our room to prepare for our born-fire seafood dinner and local live music. As bbeautiful as this was, it was just too hot for the fire and after a few hours...we seeked our cool refuge in our room, we stayed for 3 days in this lazy heaven, then headed out to stone town for a fun time:) more pics to follow when i can find my sd card:)

beautiful ending to our Tanzania & Zanzibar trip Feb 13, 2012
Was there for the last night of a wonderful family trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. We decided to treat ourselves for the last night to a really nice place, and we loved it! I think the thing I liked the most about this hotel was the fact that they've adopted a few donkeys (well, originally two but now they're already four), and they are walking freely in the hotel's area and seem like they are in paradise, which you could also say for the guests in this hotel. The hotel's beaches are amazing as appropriate for Zanzibar, breakfast has fresh fruits as always on our trip, and at night we had a very fancy and healthy dinner by the beach, with fire and romantic settings. Beach walks are plenty and you can also find lots of tiny crabs always in a hurry and hiding in the sand. Highly recommended!
