This hotel is rated as Standard by the province. Receptionists speak Vietnamese and English. The rack rate INCLUDES breakfast and tax. Importantly, there is a central fire alarm monitoring system. Laundry and baggage storage services are available. Parking for buses, cars, motorcycles and bicycles is available. Rooms have air-conditioning, fan cooling, balconies, mini-bar, bath tub/shower and cable TV.

Local police policy PROHIBITS hotels checking in Vietnamese citizens with foreigners in the same room. Note: Dak Lak has a new area code of 0500.
