Habus is a district in Casablanca set up between 1920 and 1940 to face the arrival of several traders families, who flowed from all Morocco (especially from Fes) and within the framework Lyautey's policy which consisted in separating European places of residence from Morrocans. today it's the center of Artisanal trade located at some measure to Royal Palace
