This museum is about the history of The Hague. The museum is located near the House of Representatives (Tweede Kamer) at the Binnenhof. The museum is located in a Rijksmonument (so protected by the country). The museum has texts in both Dutch and English so even foreigners can learn about the history of The Hague.

On the ground floor the early history is shown, on the upper floors the next ages are shown and on the top floor there is a temporary exhibition.

If you buy a combionation ticket you can also visit the Gevangenpoort, just across the pond.
