This hotel has been designated as 5-star hotel by the VietNam Administration of Tourism. Reception speaks Vietnamese and English. Credit cards are accepted WITHOUT surcharge and the rack rate includes breakfast, service charges and taxes. There are dedicated NON-SMOKING ROOMS. Common services include 3 full restaurants, banquet rooms, coffee rooms (including one on the roof, elevators and a business centre. This property has a centrally monitored fire detection/alarm system. Other services include laundry, baggage storage, massage and sauna. There is InterNet WiFi ONLY in the lobby.
