Gypsy Bar

Drinks here are decently price. Draft beers are about MYR 9 and above depending on the brands. Long Island Tea is about MYR 30 and it is well worth the price paid for. The bar is usually packed during the weekends and some week nights too. Unofficially this place had become our initial meeting point for us local TBs to meet up first prior to our bar crawl, also for meet ups with some visiting TBs. Well, the beer is cheap, so if you love beer, this will be good place to down plenty.

There are 2 levels and the top floor is furnished with sofas and more comfortable seating for groups. The life of the party will be downstairs though by the bar area. It is bustling with people having a good time. There is a small dance floor nearer to the DJ console and if the crowd is overwhelming, you won’t see the dance floor at all as additional tables will be set at the dance area to accommodate the crowd. If you love 80s music this will be the place to be.

This is the place that was chosen for the KL TB Meet-up. It is located on Changkat Bukit Bintang, which is a small street which has lots and lots of bars, retuarants and clubs.
This on was pretty much midway down the street and is a open bar like most of the others so when it gets busy crowds tend to spill out on the street.
The prices are average, i think they bump them up a bit as its quite a touristy spot and theres always a party going on!
We had a good time here, there are 2 floors, but the top floor was closed when we went. We sat on a couchy area in front of the bar. It was an ideal spot for looking at passers by and filling up on drinks!
