So as I was saying earlier, we headed to Gulfoss. I guess it didn't take that long really, but since we stopped at the stables and Pingvellir it just took longer. At this location we were only given 45 minutes to wander around and grab food if we wanted. Since we were still starvi…

You can even walk all the way up (slippery in winter though). Incredible things like this fall are hard to capture on photo though, but this is the fact wi…

Reykjavik, Iceland -› Skogar, Iceland -› …
We continue inland for several hours and pass a field of geo-thermal vents that is the home of Geysir and many others. Some are constantly producing steam plumes. It's a bit other-worldly.

For our honeymoon my wife Anna, and I went to Thailand, Italy, Germany, Amsterdam, France, UK and Iceland! It was an amazing trip, my first to Europe, between October and November 2006. Anna was around 4 months pregnant with our first son, Jake, so she wasn't able to drink so our dream of drinking red wine in Paris through the night had to be postponed for another trip. Iceland had always been a dream destination for me for as long back as I can remember and I finally made it there!
