Good Lord!!!The breakfast in that island is WOW.  they have a solar powered kitchen (oh so there is electricity but only for the kitchen) which MIRACULOUSLY produces all these local seafood and fruit and vegetable extravaganza!  the long wooden table is literally overflowing with delicacies! until now it haunts me.  i've never had such an amazing dining experience while in an island.Anyway, after an HOUR of sitting around trying to digest all that we've swallowed, we decided to...

April is the season for mangoes, mangoes and lotsa mangoes of Guimaras Island. the place is very famous for it's sweet mangoes! The province celebrates it's Manggahan Festival during April, where it is the harvest time for the fruits of mango.
