Guadalajara catherdral is one of the oldest cathedrals in Mexico, built in 1950's and restored after the strong earth quake in 1818. This cathedral is one of the beautiful structures in downtown, Guadlajara, Mexico.

The towers are part of downtown skyline can't be missed if we are around. Inside this devine place there are many sculptures. Also there are prayer halls and assemble halls. This structure has nice dome and glass carvings.

Also it has an under ground prayer place. I have seen a person on his knees and reading from a book. I strogly recommend visiting this gorgeous structure and devine place while exploring downtown.

The towers look different because they were rebuilt after an earthquake, that's why they don't look much like the rest of the building, but give it much of its originality.
