This system needs to grow! Nov 13, 2010
Guadalajara has a very limited train system to service the city. I still can't believe how a city with 4.5 million people only has only two train lines.

Line 1 goes from North-South and line 2 from Center-East. No service to Zapopan or anywhere west from Federalismo street, which means that half of the city can't be accessed with train, and you still must rely on buses to get to places.

Also, there are not too many runs a day, there's a train every 15 minutes or so, which means they are always packed.

I hope the city would decide soon to build more train lines, as this city needs them desperately.

Well, yes better than nothing, but they should really think of adding a new line! Especially near the area that I live in :)
