Great Guererro Tour Guides

If you find yourself in Puerto Marques (next town south of Acapulco) and want to find a great local to show you around town, look up Victor. One day friends and I hired him out to take us on his boat for a tour around Puerto Marques harbor and Acapulco harbor then saw the divers from below the water, went snorkeling at and ate at the paloa restaurant. This was an all day tour for $35 each (about 420 pesos). There were about 8 of us. Great experience.

Then two friends and I had him take us down about an hour south of Acapulco where there is a large lagoon. We ate an amazing fish cooked meal (fish was pulled out that morning) with hand rolled tortillas and sat under the palapas all day long. We were able to rent some 4 wheelers and ride them on the beach. We also played volleyball and soccer right there. There is also a swimming pool to cool off from if the ocean is becoming to much. It was a great day at a locals beach. Victor speaks great English so he is a great interpretor.

Make good friends with him and he will invite you back to his house where his wife and family stay. They have iguanas and a boa to play with. And they enjoy giving you the authentic Mexican vibe.
