My husband and I stayed at the Grande Bretagne in Athens, Greece for 3 nights this past October. I cannot say enough about it! Syntagma is right there and you can see the changing of the guards right there outside your window! Mina from Travel2...read entire review at TravelPost.com

The hotel Grande Bretagne overlooking Syntagma Square, the Parliament building and the ancient Acropolis was the ideal base to discover both mythical and modern Greece. We visited first the Acropolis and there are no words to explain that feeling while walking through time and history step… Greek Gods have left us. |
