OK OK, so I wasn't actually in Grand Teton National Park. I took a hike through the Jedidiah Wilderness that is part of my forest(Caribou/Targhee National Forest), into the Alaska Basin which borders my forest and the GTNP. So I was close enough.

My best friend and I just recently got back from a 3 1/2 week roadtrip across the U.S. It was definitely the most amazing trip I've ever taken in my life. We took the northern route all the way out to the Pacific coast, went down the coast, then came back the southern route. For anybody who hasn't taken a lengthy roadtrip in their life, I highly suggest you do so while you are still young and single...it's a once in a lifetime experience that you will never forget.

The Grand Tetons were today’s major views. We took the more scenic route and drove as slow as traffic would allow, pulling off to let cars pass from time to time.
