Gramercy Mansion Bed and Breakfast

The Gramercy Mansion Bed and Breakfast is located in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland. It’s the kind of place you should visit if you are looking for a peaceful retreat. The inn is located on 45 acres that include gardens, a pool, and sculptures around the grounds. I really enjoyed walking through the gardens with my husband and just talking. The room I stayed in was Aphrodite’s Retreat, which turned out to be much nicer looking than the online photos. Online, the room looks a bit 80’s, but in person it’s a nicely decorated, romantic room. The room averages $175 a night and is decorated in pink and white with French antiques. A few special touches in the room included fresh roses and assorted teas.

In the evening, you are asked to select what you want for breakfast the next morning. Each guest receives a list of items to pick. After you make your selection, you leave the sheet outside your door for a staff member to pickup. There are multiple courses and you won’t go away hungry. Breakfast was well complimented by the patio seating and views of the garden. What a find for Baltimore!
