If you are a vegetarian, this restaurant is for you! The restaurant is part of the Hare Krishna movement, and there is a temple upstairs. The places serves a great array of Indian food, which isn’t very spicy at all. The selection of food is buffet style, and two or three plate sizes are available. I ordered the medium plate for 7 or 8 Euros. The food was a good variety, nicely cooked and I didn’t miss the meat at all.

The service is very friendly, warm and inviting. Glasses of cold water are available and it was funny to see some of the diners drinking it in the Indian style too (where the glass doesn’t touch the lips). The decoration is subtle, with a few pictures of Krishna and some soothing devotional music in the background. It’s a very casual restaurant and you get all sorts of people in there (from the backpacker, to the locals stopping in after work, or people heading in for something to eat as part of their night on the town). I was pleasantly surprised by the broad variety of people here, and found it to be a very special place.

A very nice vegetarian place and I would definitely come back here again.
