My Gosh what a journey!
Sousse, Tunis:
Tip number one: If you are girls travel in groups, it´s safer... Or bring a big muscular boyfriend to walk by your side ;)
Tip number two: Dress all the way from top to toe if possible...
Tip number three: Bring a stick to beat of irritating men...
Well that´s it!
If you follow my tips you will have a great time with some cool adventures, relaxing and new experiences! ;)

No need to go through this day by day. Just a short summary.Tunisa is an interesting country with a lot of sights. This was not a sight vacation, though, but a package tour. We spent one week with our then one year old daughter at the "Coralia Beach Hotel" in Sousse. Since the city is located just 20 kilometers away from the international airport at Monastir it was the perfect choice for us (short transfer).Sousse is a vivid city with a lot of restaurants, night clubs, casinos, museums (-->…

I went there with my friend and our mothers (luckly they were spending time on their own). Our hotel was in Sousse in a beautiful palm tree garden with it's own beach. The two of us went on sightseeing trip to Tunis (haha!!! after bargainig with market owners at Medina we were called "bandits" and "capitalists") and Carthage. It was great but, taking under concideration The Temperature and our hangover, also very painful. We were also in a Beduin Village and saw belly dance & fakirs

Welcome to the beautiful country of Tunesia! We've been to Sousse. Hotel Tej Marhaba was our 'home' for that time. A really nice hotel/appartment, with really good service. It is a recommended hotel if you ever looking for a good place to stay. The food is great, the rooms are clean and pretty big, with a balcony, a nice view if you're lucky and a nice interior. The first few days were mainly exploring and swimming. Either in the sea or in the pool. The private beach was about 5 minutes walking …

The first stop was Sousse. Of course too short to see it all, but you get a very good impression how a medina looks like. Later we have visited Sousse on our own again, to see some more.

We were in Monastir (after 2.45 h of flight) after 8 pm. At the airport the bus waited for us. It took us to the hotel - Riadh Palms in Sousse. We had to visit other hotels of other travelling companions because they were from the same travel agency.
Our hotel is one of the biggest in the city and multicultural. Most of the time they considered us Russians. In the reception there is no problem to talk in english, french, german or russian. Tunisians at hotel also know few polish wo…
