I am a volunteer with Oxfam since mid-April 2008. We have many projects in development and aid. Most of our projects are near Rwanda and Uganda, where the civil war was the worst. Things are getting better, but unfortunately, UN peacekeepers are needed to maintain security. Our projects vary from school construction, help with the returnees, help with infant soldiers, support for women victim of sexual violence, water, sanitation, AIDS and revenue generating projects
