Generaly very good hotel Jul 29, 2008
I was happy with the beds and cleanliness of the room and bathroom, thought the breakfast was excellent but have two points which I would like to complain about.
Firstly, I was asked for a deposit for the mini bar which I had no intention of using and told that I could not use a maestro card to do this. Maestro is an internationally recognized card and I have never had a problem using it in any other European country before. Secondly, I asked for a quiet room but was woken every night of my stay by loud and constant talking from reception at various times during the night which was not pleasant at all. |
