You have to start the year off right. For me and a few of my friends that meant a winter training camp. A few of us loaded up our cars with bikes, dogs, beer, and running shoes and headed down south to The Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky. This is a recreational area between two lakes (like you didn’t guess that) that holds miles and miles of beautiful trail and road.
