Rond 3 uur kwamen we dan eindelijk aan in ons resort ‘Golden Pine’ iets buiten de stad Chiang Rai (15 km). We hadden al op internet gelezen dat dit resort superdeluxe en mooi moest wezen. En inderdaad… het resort heeft een hele mooie entree waar het personeel gelijk voor ons klaarstond met vochtige doekjes en verse… Chiang Rai |

…nice because it was hot and with the bike ride we could cool down a bit ;) After that we just drove on to Chiang Rai, with a few coffeestops on the way. We arrived at the Golden Pine Resort in the evening. And that really is something to be awestruck about. It is absolutely amazing, in the middle of ricefields. The garden was amzing, the rooms were little bungalows...it was just perfect!!
