Location, location, location Mar 15, 2014
If you want to be 5 minutes from the heart of siem reap and not have any noise to disturb you that is the place. Very very close located to the night market and pub street but in a very quite location that the only thing that may disturb you is a cockerel in the morning. Okay there was no hot water and to be honest i did not bother complain.

After a day out under the sun with 40 degrees i can not say that i missed the hot water. The swimming pool is lovely and the breakfast area is wonderful. Overall if and when i go back i will go back to the same hotel.

Last note.. make sure you have some mosquito repelent handy because due to the swimming pool there are some around although they do spray the rooms everyday and you will see the evidence on the top of the bed when you return on the afternoon...

Laid back and secluded Jun 29, 2011
Only thing about the location was the dark alley you would have to walk after hours if you didn't take a taxi or other transportation from the city centre (10 min. walk).

My room was clean and large. Flat screen tv and mini bar with in-room safe. Inside were stairs leading to the upper roof top were the tub was. With a bottle of wine and the stars above me, a true and relaxing way to spend the evening. I had everything that was required.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Whatever was needed they helped and always had answers with the 'tourist questions'.

Fresh fruits and the usual choice of eggs, pancakes or croissants was served around the pool for me during breakfast. Very relaxing time!

Little bit of luxury not too far from the action Oct 09, 2011
We had two rooms booked, one in the B&B and one in the superior section, without knowing they are a short walk from one another; the flooding in Siem Reap made this rather an inconvenience and the staff immediately said that they would upgrade the B&B room to the superior for the same cost so that we were all together. Much appreciated. When we'd finally waded to the hotel we were very happy, the beautiful rooms were large, clean and with everything you'd need. The pool was lovely and breakfast served every morning was plenty. The staff were helpful at all times and organised guides for us. The only problem with our stay was that Siem Reap was under water! This made getting around rather challenging and a walk back from the bars an interesting mission after a few beers! This is hardly the hotel's fault of course but if you're looking to go at a time when the river has burst and you don't fancy wading knee deep to get around (it's an experience you've got to try if you ask me) you're better off choosing to stay somewhere further from the river.

This place was recommended by a friend of mine who stayed there last December. They have both the Bed & Breakfast hotel and the boutique hotel and we have chosen the BB. Twin-sharing room is at USD28+ (10% VAT) with 2 breakfasts. Since all 4 girls wants to stay in the same room, we have requested a big room with 2 double beds and they only charged additional USD10+ for 2 more breakfasts. Our total bills for 2 nights only cost us USD 83.60 nett. It's a real bargain. Though we stayed in BB hotel, we are allowed to use the pool at the boutique hotel which is just next building which is cool. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The meals and drinks are at reasonable price which is also another good bargain. The hotel is very near to the old market, just 5-7mins walk and the hotels are very close to many local food outlets. We had dinner on the last night and it was really good.

This place was very popular and the reception was having problems daily about not having anybody's room booked, it seemed. They 'found' a place for us (after having made and confirmed the booking weeks in advance) when we arrived, and we did have to move to a different room (upgraded to the room we actually paid for). The hotel is set in a residential area, but only a few minutes walk to the center of town across the river. The staff is friendly and the rooms were decent. With lots of new places opening up, I'd probably try somewhere else before coming back here.
