Amazing fish & chips and fish tacos Sep 27, 2017
Go Fish is situated in a repurposed shipping container. You can sit on their porch and enjoy an amazing view of the water. I ate at Go Fish both times I visited the Granville Island. The people who work there are very relaxed and fun.

Go Fish is located just outside Granville Island. There are two nicer restaurants on the island itself that serve fish & chips if you desire a more formal atmosphere, but if you just want good food than Go Fish is your best bet.
Delicious fish tacos.

Best fish and chips in town Apr 17, 2011
Go Fish is a little dock-side shack with outdoor seating, located just off to the west of the entrance to Granville Island. I don't believe you can get better fish and chips anywhere else in Vancouver. They also have interesting dips and sauces on the side like chipotle or shrimp mayo. Have't had a tacone (fish taco) or the deep fried oysters yet but I heard they don't disappoint.

If your hungry stomach can't handle the long lineups which usually form on nice sunny days in the summer, go when the weather's a bit more glum and warm up with a bowl of chowder. I believe Go Fish is closed throughout the winter months.

Seafood shack at the Fisherman's Wharf Nov 22, 2010
Amazing West Coast seafood, with almost everything made from scratch. Tartar sauce, soups, beer batter on the fish, coleslaw, and hand cut fries. You must try a salmon tacone.
