We had got married the day before and had many happy memories of the day. Today we spent the last day before our honeymoon with the remaining guests, taking them to nearby places and spending some time with them before their departure back home.  We were glad to have spent time with our guests both pre and post wedding and we mde every effort to make sure that they enjoyed their time in Austria and with us.However it was nice to finally be by ourselves and to look forward to our honeymoo...

Stopped here in Gmunden to take pics of a little country farm house that had sheep and cows out in the pasture. Turned south on Highway 145 toward Bad Ischl. The road hugs the steep mountainside of Traunstein right at lake level, so you get a fantastic view of Traunsee! Passed through the little lakeshore villages of Altmunster and Ebensee, and continued south following the icy lake's western shore to the mountain valley town of Bad Ischl.
