giorgos, kyriakos and me decided the next day to go to the beach because it was really hot and we need to cool down. we took the subway until agios dimitrios station and from there took a cab until glyfada in ble (blue) beach. - it was really a cheap ride - only .70 cents one way! in düsseldorf it would cost about 2.10 euros - its really a big difference - it also really helped me, because i familiarized myself with the athens metro - though its only 3 lines - its a bit complicated to use it...
