Gloucester Vacation Guide
Gloucester is a small town in between Port Macquarie and Newcastle. It is situated in between the mountains and close to the Barrington Tops National Park. The main industries are tourism, timber, cattle farming and coal mining.
The NP is the main thing to go to with a lot of scenic roads, walks and lookouts, like Bucketts Scenic Walk and Tunderbolts Lookout. The main access-road, the Bucketts Way gives a nice preview with a scenic drive. The National Park has it's own website which lists all options.
