Decent ice cream for London! Aug 06, 2011
Serving ice cream, sorbet, milkshakes and coffee, this is a great little place to stop off at. It's located very near to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, so many tourists are bound to be very near to the place.
The ice cream on offer is Italian made (the owner is Italian) and they generally have 20 flavours on offer. The value for money is average for London - 3-4 pounds for 2 flavours. You can get a cone or cup (as 2, 3 or 4 flavours) or buy a tub that gets filled with the flavours you want).
The range is decent, from chocolate, to vanilla, to creamier varieties, to tiramisu and even lavender and rose water flavoured ones. The owner is very forthcoming to let you try a few flavours, and it's worth it to try before you buy.
For London, the quality is pretty good and I think it's worth going there at least once!
