Lots of interesting J-pop stores with crazy paraphernalia. The draw here is the chinese dynasty architecture - full of temples and lanterns. I hear this is a prime art-gallery spot in the evening. Within 1 block you can find many eateries, Phoenix bakery ($15 chinese birthday cake) and Lollicup (boba/bubble tea)! =) Also nearby are wonderful restaurants: Dimsum at Empress restaurant, Pho79 for arguably the best vietnamese hole-in-the-wall place west of Rosemead.
