Lombok is no different from Bali, the only different is Lombok is less popular than Bali.

I spent 2days travelling around Lombok on a motorbike and given the opportunity, I would've given myself more time.This Island is BEAUTIFUL! The sceney-magnificent. It's much more chilled out than Bali. The people are just as friendly and the whole 2 days we only came across 1 other small group of tourists. Crusing on the motorbike with local Andi, and new friend Sam, the facial expressions we saw from people never seeing tourists before was unforgettable. I have never made so many heads turn.

Eventually I'd like to see all 7 continents and at least a third of the world's countries. As you will see, there doesn't appear to be any order to my random travels and at this rate, it's gonna take awhile! :-) Will write blog entries later. This summer i returned to Bali for third time. It's a difficult balancing act when trying to decide where to travel. So many places i NEED to go. Yet how can i not go back to the places i love the most. I love Bali the most. So until i find a place to beat it out for my top spot, i will keep on returning. I had a moment in Ubud during my last trip there. I realized and thought to myself "this is my place". So before i sell my house and move there, i decided to live there next summer!!!
