A Unique Experience Aug 21, 2008
Gilgamesh is quite possibly my favourite restaurant I have ever visited, and I make a point of going there often. ;) Ian Pengelley serves pan-asian cuisine, including sushi, salads, dim sum, and the most amazing sea bass I have ever tasted. >.> Modelled on a Babylonian Palace, the interior design of the restaurant and bar is simply amazing. The canvas roof is raised on sunny days, and a combination of coloured lighting and rich reds/golds make it a unique dining experience. If you fancy something different in the capital, Gilgamesh is definately the place!
