Geyser Grill Yellowstone National Park Reviews
cheap Park dinning with vegetarian options May 19, 2011
The Geyser Grill serves quick fast food. There are not a lot of vegetarian options just a veggie burger, fries, salad, some fruit and minestrone soup.
I had the soup at another park dinning cafe and it was very good. ( same company provides the catering to all the dinning spot) The veggie burger was however very bland and unappealing. Fries were okay. My friends didn't seem to mind their hamburgers
Full meals will cost less than $10 per person depending on what you order. I had veggie burger, fries, water and a small bag of chips and the costs came out to about $8 give or take some change.
The food is only fast on a day with short lines. When you order you are given a number and you then have to wait for that number to be called. depending on what you order and how large your order is you may have to wait longer when the grill is crowded. The numbers called were not in numerical sequence.
The place was okay. Not my favorite, but not horrible. I think Non-veggies would like it better.

Geyser Grill offers over-the-counter service in a pleasant, clean setting. The food offerings are typical of the other quick eateries around the park: hamburgers, cheeseburgers, salads, fries, and such. Seating is limited; mainly booths are available and a few are in direct line of an outside door (which on a day with rain is not fun). The décor fits in with the national park. A mountain-shaped wall separates half of the seating from the serving area while animal-shaped punches create the border near the ceiling. Hanging overhead, a canoe filled with stuffed animals navigates an invisible river.
