For the ultimate fun time, you have to visit River Street in Savannah. I can personally attest to meeting hundreds of people, pub crawling from place to place, drinking Guinness in pints, singing Irish songs, and laughing. Best time is for St Patricks Day weekend, but anytime really is good. If you venture some fun, visit Murphys Law off the beaten path, lots of rugby players hang there.
