Knowing that it helps me to stop and stretch my legs on any car ride over two hours, I opened my handy AAA TourBook and looked for an attraction along my route that was either free or cheap that could give me a 15-30 minute break.  The Elsie Williams Doll Collection in the library of the Delaware Technical and Community College appeared to be a good choice.
