Knowing that it helps me to stop and stretch my legs on any car ride over two hours, I opened my handy AAA TourBook and looked for an attraction along my route that was either free or cheap that could give me a 15-30 minute break.  The Elsie Williams Doll Collection in the library of the Delaware Technical and Community College appeared to be a good choice. Thought I was done for the night, but on my way back to PA, I came across this cool fountain in Georgetown, DE, so I sat down for a couple more songs... Wandered about a bit--ran into a couple of Latinos coming home late from work...
