Roaming around this Historic City Jun 23, 2013
In an attempt to ward off my jet lag from the day before, I decided to go explore George Town since it was on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. I got on a bug and it took me straight there.

I started walking around and every once in a while, I would see a brown sign pointing to some historic buildings and structures. They typically cost between 2 and 20 Malaysian ringgits to enter, but that was cheap for the experience.

In all, I probably visited 10-15 buildings and got a lot of good exercise. It is all within walking distance, but I was sore by the end of the day.

The people were all very nice and were very helpful when I needed help.

Yes, it took me most of the day. I will be here in Penang a few more days. Anything you suggest?
