famous Georgian restaurant in Moscow Jun 01, 2013
There is a fantastic interior waiting for you. It looks like an ancient Georgian town with its quiet, lovely streets, with a tower, a wine cellar, with balconies and a stable. restaurant there is a real stony river, where live fish swim. You can see an old mill and a small bridge, where visitors like to be photographed. Wicker fences, stone arches, balconies, verandas, gazebos create the atmosphere of the Georgian villages. Softly gurgling brook, where splashing fish, the waterfall turns the mill wheel. Each table in the restaurant is hidden from prying eyes, very charming and private.

In the menu succulent vegetables, fresh herbs, hachapuri Adjara, fish and, of course, the meat in all configurations. Eggplant with nuts and salty suluguni hachapuri with cheese, appetizing hinkali, a pan filled with fragrant stew with vegetables, herbs and spices, succulent kebabs of lamb and pork, thick fragrant Lobio and much, much more.

Till my last visit this restaurant was one of my favorite in Moscow.

This time I didn't see truly Caucasian hospitality. Waitresses weren't attentive, didn't speak English. Very noticable that they work without enthusiasm. Famous tasty hachapuri we didn't try this time because it was finished.

Hope Genazvale on Arbat will back to a good service.
