Best Sangria in Seattle! Mar 07, 2009
Ever since I visited Spain, I have searched for a place that makes decent sangria. Gaudi is that place. It's made fresh with real fruit and wine. Order a half or whole pitcher, just like I remembered it in Spain.
Gaudi serves authentic paella of several varieties, but you have to order it for two people. They also make all their own sausages, including Spanish chirizo. Many of their dishes are tapas (small plates), so you can sample a lot of things and share. Gaudi only has about a dozen tables, so be sure to make a reservation if it's on a weekend night, as they do fill up quickly. They are located in the Bryant neighborhood with plenty of free street parking. |
