On day 3 I was excited to take the Alpspitze cable car.  So that was the first thing we did.  It wasn’t as high as the Zugspitze but it was still fun and it had some great views at the top.   After that we took a very beautiful but very hard drive to the Krimmler Waterfalls in Austria.  The drive took over 2 hours but I think it was worth it when we finally got there.   It is Europe’s highest Waterfalls.  We got some great views from the road down.&...

My friend Marike (girl from the East coast road trip blog) and I went on a little day trip this Saturday. Final goal would be Garmisch Partenkirchen which is only a few miles from the Austrian boarder and is located at the feet of the tallest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze.
