Very comfortable, spacious, friendly, very well appointed Qualmark "3 Star Plus" motel on Dunedin's famous motel, shopping and restaurant thoroughfare. Only 1 km from City Centre, 1/2 km from university & hospitals, 400m from Botanical Gardens. All units have kitchens, SKY TV, Heating, and all Beds have electric blankets. We are located in a quiet residential area on George Street approximately 0.5 Km from restaurants and shops and 1 Km from the City centre.
