When Gansevoort South opened in February 2008, it brought the glamour of New York City's trend-setting Hotel Gansevoort to sun-splashed Miami Beach. Located at the north end of Collins Avenue-an area regarded as the next epicenter of South Beach-the original 1960s art deco property has assumed a completely new identity as a contemporary urban lifestyle resort.
