A great Irish Pub Jun 17, 2010
There are Irish Pubs in all corners of the world and also a couple in Stockholm as well. Galway's Irish Pub is situated in Kungsgatan in the middle of Stockholm and is a good place to visit if you are searching for some Irish friendliness.

The place looks quite small as you enter but just take the stairs upstairs and you enter a different work. The room is large and there is a huge bar with loads of different beers in the lengths of it all. The room is quite dark but it is also gives a very cozy impression. There are loads of tables and also loads of people in the place. While I was there I was amazed about the amount of girls visiting the place.

They serve food there as well and judged by the number of locals eating there it must have been okay. I just stayed in the bar and enjoyed a football game from the World Cup.

The waiters were all English speaking natives from Ireland, Australia or England which only added the international scene.
