Fuse indeed. This restaurant/bar shares a building with apartment homes and boasts "TexAsian" cuisine.

I can only give it three stars because I only had appetizers, but what I had was pretty good. They do a good job blending Tex-Mex and Asian in a way that works. I had a sampling of some California rolls, shrimp wrapped with bacon, cherry tomatoes covered in goat cheese and toasted sesame seeds, and spicy chicken wraps. The bar had a nice selection, with beer, wine, and a variety of liquors.

The Fuse decor is modern with Asian accents. The vibe is a sort of urban sanctuary--a hip place to just chill and enjoy a good meal. It's all very dark and flowy, between the split levels, haphazard stairways, and curtains portioning off dimly-lit corners. Up on the outdoor patio is a second bar and lounge area, complete with pool, hot tub, and platform beds with lots of pillows. I say: a neat place to dine in a cozy corner and whisper naughty nothings into someone's ear, or to start a night out on the town with your entourage.

TexAsian? That sounds crazy! I'll have to give it a try sometime :P
