Ft. Lauderdale Water Taxi Reviews

Dec 17, 2007
This is a must-do activity for anyone on a visit to Fort Lauderdale. The water taxi runs every half hour starting at about 10:30AM and running until 10:30PM. The entire length of the trip goes from Shooters (off Oakland Ok Blvd and Intracoastal) and ends up downtown with about 9 stops in between. It is inexpensive - $12 for an all day pass (2007). It is a good way to see a side of Fort Lauderdale that most tourists don't see -- life along the intracostal waterway. The boat captains point out all of the million dollar homes and who owns them and have lots of stories to tell! You can view the schedule and map online - see website below.
