This is the description of the motel at the time I booked: "Newly remodeled large comfortable size rooms with new Pillow Top Foam mattresses in luxury rooms, High Speed Internet, Micro/fridge ,Cable TV in all rooms. (*** 3 Star)"

I have always wanted to visit Roswell, the famous site of the 1947 UFO crash. Of course it is almost the only thing that makes Roswell a town. With a population of under 4,000, the main street of town boasts several shops and signs, all alien themed…… Roswell, alien crash site.

It had to be done. If we're driving through SE New Mexico, I'm going to demand a picture with the aliens of Roswell. Luckily my Dad humored me and went along for the ride. I have to admit, I expected a small desert town with alien-themed everything…… U F'n Os!!
